Tara L. Menard, RDH is an Executive Business Coach, Certified Strategic Interventionist, Certified Life Coach, speaker and educator who has been in the world of coaching since 2005. As a Certified Strategic Interventionist and by virtue of her training and Certification in Strategic Interventions/Coaching with the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Interventions co-sponsored by Council for Human Rights of Children of the University of San Francisco Center for Child and Family Development, Tara brings cutting-edge strategic solutions with an enthusiasm to inspire and educate business teams and individuals to raise the bar on professional standards leading to superior levels of patient care.
Tara has always understood and continues to exemplify the fact that extraordinary service and profitability are directly proportionate to each other. Her diverse career experiences effectively demonstrate the numerous opportunities and positive impacts that the individual can have on the business as a whole by creating growth and financial rewards for the entire team. She assists the team to create a Win-Win approach that supports the clients, employee and owner.
In her coaching, she draws from her many years of experience as a clinician, coach and business strategist, to deliver programs that continuously strive to raise the bar of standard professional service. She is passionate about life with her son, family and friends. As a volunteer dental hygienist she has had the opportunity to provide dental care to the people of Honduras via Honduran Missions for Humanity and RI Mission for Mercy and volunteers at the Salvation Army. She believes that continued growth in all areas of her life and to contribute beyond oneself are the keys to a fulfilling life. She believes the motto “when you can’t you must and when you must you can” combined with a ‘whatever it takes attitude’ gets you through the challenges and helps you to raise your own standards. Some of her favorite activities include reading, hiking, writing, yoga, exercise, volunteering, travel, and personal life coaching.
