Scott Pisarczyk, MS, MBA, Program Director & Executive Coach
Scott Pisarczyk is an accomplished executive with 30 years of experience in a variety of corporate and clinical settings. He has served in a wide capacity of complex technical and business roles and on the divisional management boards at Boston Scientific and CR Bard (recently acquired by Becton Dickenson). Scott has led and managed teams of 40 and larger and been responsible for over $1.0B in worldwide revenue. He has recruited, educated and mentored effective teams focused on execution and delivering innovative solutions for doctors, medical centers and patients. Scott has helped to shape strategy and business solutions as a Management Board member and has supported the acquisition of 35 companies, intellectual property and technology platforms.
Scott has led an international business team and launched over 75 new products in markets around the world including Europe, Japan, China, the Middle East and South America. In his most recent role as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at CR Bard, he was responsible for delivering creative and targeted marketing programs using a variety of techniques and media. He was also responsible for leading the business development team that was tasked with acquiring and licensing companies, as well as technology and innovation solutions to build the portfolio. Scott has managed a market research group that was responsible for a wide variety of techniques and analytics to derive patient insights and create focused algorithms. He has managed a global clinical education team that has delivered leading education and training to over 10,000 healthcare professionals around the world.
Scott has managed a corporate P&L and consistently returned strong growth in EBIT, EPS and ROI. He has executed businesses in a variety of clinical specialties including Urology, Radiology, Anesthesia, Oncology, Veterinary Medicine, Surgery (Medical and Plastic), and Trauma.
Scott holds a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Rhode Island and is a board certified Medical Technologist (ASCP). Scott has an M.S. in Biomedical Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and an MBA in Finance from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Scott is active in his church, is a member of the Knights of Columbus and his local food pantry. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys tennis, golf and cycling.
