Cheryl Barnes, Executive Coach Trainer
Cheryl Barnes has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the dental field. She has worked in a wide variety of small, medium and large practices. In her previous role, Cheryl managed the transition from a small single owner practice to a large multispecialty practice with 10 doctors and a 21 person team. Cheryl has a unique talent in combining practice experience with the latest training techniques to deliver significant improvements in patient care, quality and efficiency. Her specialty is front office optimization where she has been able to work directly with a hands-on approach to coach and mentor teams in patient facing operations. The front office can make or break any aspect of a dental practice and Cheryl has delivered impressive improvements in growth, efficiency and profitability.
Cheryl is able to support the organization and implementation of systems, protocols, and training of staff for dental practices. She is a member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers. Cheryl enjoys exercise, hiking, cycling and spending time with her family and friends.
